Spaghetti Bolognese
A classic Italian pasta dish with a rich and savory meat sauce. Perfect for a hearty dinner.

- Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 100g minced beef
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- grated Parmesan cheese
- Description:
- 1. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Dredge the fish fillets in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- 3. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- 4. Cook the fish fillets for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- 5. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and chopped cilantro.
- 6. In a large bowl, toss the shredded cabbage with the dressing.
- 7. Warm the taco shells according to the package instructions.
- 8. Fill each taco shell with a piece of fish and top with the slaw.
- 9. Serve immediately.
